Our Weight Loss Programme is a 30 day programme containing everything you need to start losing weight with Herbalife.
Whip-up two shakes a day in your favourite Formula 1 Shake flavour and boost your intake of essential vitamins and minerals with Formula 2 multivitamin complex tablets.
The Instant Instant Herbal Beverage is kinder than normal tea and coffee and can helps to boost your energy levels. (The 50g pot provides approx one cup per day. Upgrading to the 100g pot is better value and may speed up your weight loss.)
For weight-loss, the daily routine is simple:
- Replace two meals with healthy Formula 1 Shake shakes in your favourite flavour.
- One balanced main meal (either lunch OR dinner).
- Two healthy snacks (ideally fruit, one of our Protein Bars, or a cup of Gourmet Tomato Soup.
- Boost your intake of essential nutrients with Formula 2 multivitamin tablets three times a day.
- At least two litres of water per day.
- Exercise three or more times a week (at your own level).
Combining your weight loss programme with regular exercise and plenty of water (at least two litres a day) will put you on the path to success!
